GREEN BAY – Hunter Larson and Grant Frazer each had three hits as the Green Bay Storm improved to 13-3 in the Northeastern Wisconsin Baseball League with a 5-3 win over the Sheboygan A’s on Monday. The Storm (17-5 overall) scored three runs in the first inning, highlighted by a two-run double from Spencer Larson.

At Appleton, Jason Malkowski hurled a three-hit shutout to help the Appleton Legends baseball team earn a split with the Menasha Macs. At Appleton, the Storm scored four runs in the top of the ninth to seize control and knock off the Legends. Donte Wilmet got the win for Green Bay with B.J. Chase taking the loss for Appleton.

MENASHA – The Menasha Macs rode a four-run third inning to a 6-2 victory over the Sheboygan A’s in a Northeastern Wisconsin Baseball League game Monday at Koslo Park. Eric Zuberbier pitched eight innings and allowed five hits to get the win. He struck out seven. Jack Taschner pitched the ninth and struck out two.
