MANITOWOC – Ryan Hinske had a big night Tuesday and so did the Menasha Macs.
Hinske went 4-for-5 with a three-run homer to power the Macs to an 11-1 Northeastern Wisconsin Baseball League road win over the Manitowoc Bandits.
Sam Hawley and Adam Grambow added three hits apiece in Menasha’s 15-hit attack. Alex Duros chipped in with two hits and knocked in four runs, including a two-run double in the first inning.
Winning pitcher Zach Bayreuther allowed five hits and struck out three in six innings.
Menasha (11-7 in league play) will play a doubleheader against the Oshkosh Giants on Wednesday to wrap up the NWBL regular season, starting at 6:30 p.m.
