Eric Zuberbier scattered five hits in eight innings to lead the Macs to the victory over the Sheboygan A's on Thursday.
SHEBOYGAN – Eric Zuberbier scattered five hits in eight innings to lead the Macs to the victory over the Sheboygan A’s on Thursday.
Zuberbier also stuck out six batters.
The Macs scored four runs in the second inning. Adam Grambow and Ryan Hinske singled, then Steven Jacobson bunted for a hit to load the bases. Sam Hawley was hit by a pitch to score the first run, then Drew Johnson walked to bring in another run before the final runs scored on outs.
Hinske and Griffin Jack both had three hits for Menasha, which is 17-4-1 overall and 8-2 in the North Eastern Wisconsin Baseball League.
