The Legends score five in the ninth to stun Menasha Monday night.

Nick Terrell collected five hits in six at-bats, leading Appleton to a 10-8 victory over Menasha on Monda. Terrell tripled twice, doubled, and singled twice in the high-scoring game. Menasha initially took the lead in the second inning, with a key triple from Garrett Hietpas driving in three. Appleton flipped the game in the top of the ninth with a five-run rally, highlighted by Ian Plaster’s two-RBI single. Grant Bader earned the win in relief, while Ryan Weyers and Quinn Ludvigsen started for Appleton and Menasha respectively. Appleton amassed 17 hits, with Cooper Brown driving in three runs. Hietpas led Menasha with four RBIs, going 2-for-5.
The Northeastern Wisconsin Baseball League is a top-tier, wooden bat, adult semi-professional baseball league located in northeastern Wisconsin. Players in the league are considered amateur status, are not paid and consist mostly of current college baseball players, as well as former college and professional players.
