Menasha remained unbeaten in Northeastern Wisconsin Baseball League play with a 13-3 victory over Kewaskum. The Macs took the lead in the first inning on an RBI double by Evan Olson before Kewaskum answered in the second when Andy Neu singled home Grant Schultz. Menasha broke the game open in the third, scoring four runs on RBI hits from Colin Nigl and Tyler Fitzgerald to build a 5-1 advantage. Olson doubled and later tripled, while Nigl drove in two runs during the rally. After Tanner Galeazzi’s two-run homer pulled Kewaskum within 7-3 in the fifth, the Macs responded with a five-run bottom half of the inning. Ryan Csida highlighted the inning with a two-run triple, and Menasha capitalized on walks, a hit batter, a wild pitch, and another RBI from Connor Olson to stretch the lead to 12-3. Ayden Kanaman added an inside-the-park home run in the fourth as part of a two-hit, two-RBI day, while Olson finished 3-for-3 with a double, triple, three RBIs, and three runs scored. Nigl added two hits, two RBIs, and two runs scored, and Csida scored three times while driving in two. Jacob Riddick earned the win, allowing three runs over six innings while striking out eight. The victory improved Menasha to 4-0 in the NEWBL standings, while Kewaskum fell to 1-4.
