Kewaskum Capture’s First NEWBL Title

The Kewaskum A's have clinched the 2023 Northeastern Wisconsin Baseball League Championship.
Finishing with an 11-5 record, the Kewaskum A’s captured their first Northeastern Wisconsin Baseball League title.
Last year’s champion, Sheboygan, finished tied for second with the Green Bay Blue Ribbons at 9-7, with Menasha finishing 8-8 and Appleton 3-13.
Kewaskum, who also plays in the Rock River League, joined the NEWBL in 2021 as a full-time member.
The Northeastern Wisconsin Baseball League is a top-tier, wooden bat, adult semi-professional baseball league located in northeastern Wisconsin. Players in the league are considered amateur status, are not paid and consist mostly of current college baseball players, as well as former college and professional players.
