The Appleton Legends blew out the Green Bay Storm 12-2 on Tuesday.

In the first inning, Appleton got their offense started. Tony Krueger homered on a 2-0 count, scoring two runs.

Appleton scored six runs in the fourth inning. The rally was led by singles by KruegerRyan Brouch, and Bryce Cross and a walk by Aaron Moody.

Jason Malkowski led the Appleton to victory on the mound. He went four innings, allowing one run on three hits, striking out four and walking one. Evan Sankey threw three innings in relief out of the bullpen.

Zach Watzka took the loss for Green Bay. He surrendered ten runs on eight hits over three and a third innings, striking out three.

Appleton socked two home runs on the day. Krueger went for the long ball in the first inning. Trent Whitcomb put one out in the seventh inning.

The Legends tallied ten hits. KruegerBrouch, and Cross each managed multiple hits for AppletonKrueger went 3-for-4 at the plate to lead Appleton in hits.

Marcus Rauschenbach led Green Bay with two hits in three at bats.
