Taylor Schwarz pitched eight solid innings to lead the Sheboygan A's to a victory over the Menasha Macs in a North Eastern Wisconsin Baseball League game Friday.
SHEBOYGAN – Taylor Schwarz pitched eight solid innings to lead the Sheboygan A’s to a victory over the Menasha Macs in a North Eastern Wisconsin Baseball League game Friday.
The Macs had nine hits, all singles, and Schwarz struck out seven batters. Griffin Jack had three hits for the Macs.
The Macs scored their only run in the fourth inning on an RBI single by Pierce Blohowiak, which scored Mike Berben.
The Macs (12-2-1 overall, 4-1 NEWBL) will play at home Monday at 7:15 p.m. in an exhibition game against the Wisconsin Panthers.
