MANITOWOC, WI – Harry Steldt and Adam Ryan each had two-run home runs as the Sheboygan A’s improved to 3-0 in the Northeastern Wisconsin Baseball League with a 20-0 win over the Manitowoc Bandits on Thursday.

The Bandits (0-1 NEWBL) were shut-out by starting Sheboygan A’s pitcher Taylor Schwarz.

Sheboygan scored 14 runs in the first inning, which eventually led to the game only being seven innings.

Schwarz went five innings, allowing zero runs. Aiden Wojciehowski and Derek Loomans came in to pitch the sixth and seventh to secure the shut-out for the A’s.

Jake Arens and Brad Young each had a double on the night for the A’s.

The Northeastern Wisconsin Baseball League is a top-tier, wooden bat, adult semi-professional baseball league located in northeastern Wisconsin. Players in the league are considered amateur status, are not paid and consist mostly of current college baseball players, as well as former college and professional players.
