MANITOWOC – The Menasha Macs jumped on Manitowoc early with a seven-run first inning and coasted to a 10-5 Northeastern Wisconsin Baseball League road win Friday night.

Nick Janssen went 3-for-5 with a double and a triple and knocked in two runs to power a 14-hit Macs attack.

Adam Grambow also had three hits and two RBIs for the Macs, who improved to 10-4 overall and 3-2 in league play.

Chris Hetzel went the first five innings to pick up the win, while Zack Bayreuther finished up with four scoreless innings.
